In accordance with Articles 3.E and 6.B of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the American Federation of Government Employee / National Border Patrol Council, Local 2554 submits the following list of Executive Officers, Appointed Officers, and certified Union Representatives. No individual outside of this list may represent himself or herself as a Local 2554 union officer or representative. Only individuals on this list are authorized to request official time on behalf of the union. This list may only be revised by an Executive Board Officer named below.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that only the Local 2554 Executive Board Officers, listed below, are authorized to receive Article 3A.A notices of changes to working conditions (commonly referred to as “3A Notices”). Such notices include Sector-wide changes and changes affecting only one station or department.  No other person besides an Executive Board Officer listed below is authorized to receive or provide the Union’s response to any such notice, or negotiate on behalf of Local 2554, unless specifically delegated by an Executive Board Officer of Local 2554.
